Running has always been my foundation—the engine behind years of competitive soccer and hockey. But it wasn't until my early thirties that I discovered my true passion for the long trail. For me, the trails offer a vital space for mental and physical well-being, providing a sense of balance that I now help my athletes find in their own journeys.
As a high school teacher by profession and a coach by calling, I bring a pedagogical approach to endurance sports. I hold a certificate in Coaching the Endurance Events from ALTIS and serve as the Board Secretary for Run for Life Inc., a Yukon-based non-profit dedicated to accessible fitness and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
From racing across North America to trekking iconic routes like the Tour du Mont Blanc and Laugavegur, my global movement experiences inform every training plan I write. I am dedicated to helping athletes reach their performance peaks while fostering a profound, transformative connection with the great outdoors.
