As Program Manager, Race Director, and Coach for Dontgetlost Adventure Running, I am passionate about fostering a deeper connection between individuals and the great outdoors. My academic background includes an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Science, a Master’s in Outdoor Recreation and Applied Health Science, a Master’s in Information Science, and a Certificate for Coaching Endurance Events from ALTIS.

My journey into running began after a transformative relationship with climbing, which shifted dramatically following an accident in 2010. This life change prompted me to seek new outdoor adventures in Ontario and beyond. Almost instantly, I took up running, quickly signing up for ultra races and embarking on personal adventures with friends, including Christopher.

Having raced in diverse locations across Canada and the US, I also enjoy gravel cycling, which enriches my perspective on endurance and ultra-endurance activities. I look forward to combining these experiences to guide athletes on their own adventures while nurturing a more intimate and contemplative relationship with the outdoors. Together, we will explore the limits of our potential and the beauty of nature.
