I am a Program Manager, Race Director and Coach for Dontgetlost Adventure Running. I am also a PhD candidate studying how acts of contemplation and embodied experiences with nature, specifically during ultra-endurance events, may have the capacity to generate greater resilience and anti-fragility in participants. I hold a Honours Bachelors of Applied Health Science, a Masters Degree in Outdoor Recreation and Applied Health Science, a Masters Degree in Information Science, and a certificate in Coaching the Endurance Events from ALTIS.

My background in running came after a long and intense relationship with climbing, which ended not long after an accident in 2010, and led me to consider other ways to explore the outdoors in Ontario and beyond. I made an almost immediate decision to start running - one thing led to another and I was signing up for ultras and partaking in personal adventures with friends, one of those friends being Christopher.

In addition to having raced in locations across Canada and the US, I also dabble in gravel cycling, which has expanded my framework for endurance and ultra-endurance activities. I look forward to merging and learning from all of these experiences and guiding athletes towards further adventures of their own. I also look forward to guiding athletes toward a more intimate and contemplative relationship with the outdoors.
