Hustle & Flow
Victoria

I grew up in the world of professional ballet, moved away from home at a very young age, and had the opportunity to travel and perform throughout North America and Europe. During my graduating year I suffered an injury that forced me to retire my pointe shoes earlier than anticipated. That experience led me to teaching ballet (18 years now). I also hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

I came into running in my mid-twenties after having my first child. It started as a way to feel healthy and enjoy some time outdoors. It led to completing my first 5k, to half marathon, to full marathon and then onto the ultra distances. I completed my first 100 miler in Arizona at The Javelina 100 in 2019 and am looking forward to many more. My love of running may have started on the roads but my heart is on the trails.

I hold a run coaching certification from UESCA and am always looking for further my education. I truly believe that we always have more to learn. I am a voracious reader and am always up for adventure.

I look forward to working with athletes who are looking to achieve their big, scary, audacious goals because I believe with encouragement and a plan of action, all things are possible.
