My journey began in the world of professional ballet, where I moved away from home at a young age to travel and perform across North America and Europe. Unfortunately, an injury during my final year forced me to retire my pointe shoes sooner than expected. This pivotal moment redirected my path toward teaching ballet, a passion I've embraced for the past 18 years. I also hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education degree.

I discovered running in my mid-twenties after welcoming my first child. What started as a quest for health and outdoor enjoyment quickly evolved into a passion for racing. I progressed from my first 5K to half marathons, full marathons, and eventually ultra distances. In 2019, I completed my first 100-miler at The Javelina 100 in Arizona, and I eagerly anticipate many more challenges ahead. While my running journey began on the roads, my heart truly lies in trail running.

I hold a run coaching certification from UESCA and am committed to continuous learning in this ever-evolving field. A voracious reader and adventure seeker at heart, I thrive on exploring new ideas and experiences.

I am excited to work with athletes aiming to achieve their bold, ambitious goals. With the right encouragement and a solid action plan, I firmly believe that anything is possible. Let’s embark on this journey together!
